JELLY-MELTING HOLDING
TANK:
The
improved high rate melter and drum dumper has a melting capacity
from 400 to 1200 liters per hour. The dumper handles 200 liter drums
of petroleum based compounds.
The
dumper lifts the drum to the unload position, whereupon heat is
applied to release the material from the drum and deposits it into
the melter area. A high rate melter system then is used to melt the
contents of the drum.
The
storage tank includes a transfer pump with allows the material to be
pumped over to the filling machine. The tank is electrically heated
and insulated.
